- Erfahrung: Routine im Management und Coaching von internationalen Teams und nachgewiesene Erfolge in vergleichbarer Retail-Position
- Analytik - sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten und den entsprechenden Tools zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Grundlage der Entscheidungen
- Persönlichkeit - Kommunikations
- & Organisationsstärke; Überzeugungskraft & Leidenschaft
- Basis - abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, fließende Deutsch
