**What you can expect**:

- **Drive & coach**: In your international role, you will be in direct exchange with the senior management and key sparring partners. You will coach, challenge and advise the leaders and develop the organizational strategy.
- **Operating across the globe**: You'll work across a diverse business. You will drive HR strategy and operations worldwide from US over Europe to ASIA, covering B2C and B2B Business across several channels from whole sale to own retail up to e-commerce/omni-channel.
- **Business Partner with heart and soul**: Recruiting, employer branding, employee experience, employee and labor regulations are not foreign words to you. Together with the V&B board and the HR leaders you are an expert on all HR topics. In addition, you are a sparring partner for multifunctional white and blue collar teams at various production sites.
- **Analytical champion**: With your affinity for numbers, you monitor and control the data quality of your departments. You analyze HR-relevant dashboards to grow the business and develop the organization forward with recommended actions always having value creation in mind.
- **Change agent**: You are a key member of the global HR lead team focusing on lifting HR to the next level - from a service-oriented team of experts to a strategic HR team. Business partnering, best-in-class services and center of expertise are your areas of expertise to develop HR further.
- **Future shaper**: Whether it's the global talent management, optimization our global human capital management software Workday, organizational design and development, you'll pick up our global HR team and make the V&B world ready for the future.

**Your profile**:

- You have already gained several years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment and gained knowledge in people development and coaching of executives.
- As networker and team player, you can easily involve others and share visions.
- "Hands-on" and "can do" is your attitude. Developing others by encouraging and empowering is the key to your success.
- Thanks to your strategic and analytical approach, it's easy for you to see "the big picture" and identify critical actions to generate value.
- This position will be occupied in our Global Headquarters in Mettlach, near Saarbruecken and Trier._
