Our client, a global telecommunication company, is recruiting a

- Management of construction activities as part of the end-to-end process- Responsibility for construction of assigned sites from planning and permitting through to handover to the customer and acceptance into company operations- Lead all project related work activities to ensure that timelines and all quality standards are met- Managing "subcontractors" including budget allocation and tracking of cost, time & quality- Communication with the client at the project management level- Develop and maintain appropriate processes, related documentation as per manual

**Requirements**:
- Completed studies in the field of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role- At least 5 years of experience in Construction Planning with particular technical understanding of high-rise buildings and roof structures as well as German local government administration- Good understanding of Project Management guidelines and ability to implement them on the project- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint- German and English - fluent (written and spoken)
