Stellenbeschreibung
- Du erstellst und verbuchst die Zahlläufe. Auch die Verbuchung der Bankkontoauszüge ist bei dir in besten Händen.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die debitorische Kontenabstimmung und Kontenklärung.
- Du überwachst die offenen Posten und unterstützt das Forderungsmanagement-Team bei der Durchführung des Mahnprozesses.
- Du erstellst Rechnungen und Gutschriften für unsere Kunden.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Stammdatenpflege im Debitorenbereich.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Optimierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.

Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware (ERP).
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist gewissenhaft, hilfsbereit, verantwortungsbewusst und präzise.
- Du lebst den Servicegedanken, hast die Hand-on-Mentalität und möchtest Teil eines dynamischen Umfeldes sein.
