Team Lead Group Analytics & AI (M/F/d)

Your purpose:
We are actively seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to join our team as the Team Lead Group Analytics & AI. In this role, you will serve as the Lead Product Manager for all Support Functions at Mabanaft and take ownership of the Inhouse Large Language Model (LLM) based Generative AI Solution. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in providing Group Insights based on a harmonized and standardized data and KPI landscape while driving Mabanaft's AI Strategy.
Your tasks:
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, agile, and innovative work environment.- Serve as the Lead Product Manager for the delivery of standardized data & AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Drive Mabanaft's AI Strategy, with a particular focus on the Inhouse LLM-based Generative AI solution based on Microsoft Azure.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements for support functions and measure your invest versus impact accordingly.- Oversee the end-to-end development of reports, dashboards, and datasets using Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.- Manage external partners for solution delivery and operational success.- Safeguard customer satisfaction with our products & services.- Implement an insights-driven, customer
- and performance-oriented work approach.
Your skills:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).- 7+ years of experience in data, analytics & data science product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Data-Driven work approach combined with a proven track record in delivering product roadmaps in time, budget and quality.- Deep background in financial and non-financial Performance Management and Measurement concepts.- Solid data solution architecture understanding, preferably in Azure Cloud (AWS, GCP ), for traditional BI solutions as well as for DataScience and ML.- Professional experience with Data and ML-Platforms is a big plus.- Previous experience in the energy or trading sector is highly desirable.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
