Team Lead Business Analytics (M/F/d)

Your purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead for Business Analytics (M/F/d) to serve as the Lead Data Product Manager for the business domains of New Energy, Supply & Optimization, Risk, and Storage. In this role, you will lead a team of data professionals (_Data Product Manager, Data Solution Engineer, Data Scientist and Data Engineers_), guiding the development and management of standardized data products, reports, dashboards, and datasets for self-service BI, advanced analytics, and AI solutions. This position involves very close collaboration with all business units - preferably in the office - and working closely with the Head of Data & Analytics to align strategies, manage budgets and achieve business objectives.

Your tasks:
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, agile and innovative work environment- Serve as the Lead Product Manager for the delivery of standardized data & ai products, while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements- Oversee the end-to-end development of reports, dashboards, and datasets using Azure, Databricks, and Power BI- Continuously following an insights-driven, customer
- & performance-oriented work approach- Support your business partners with AdHoc Analytics and empower them to develop their own AdHoc Reports- Utilize advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance data products and stay up-to-date with newest market trends

Your skills:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics)- 7+ years of experience in data, analytics & data science product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role- Proven experience and success in leading and managing a team of diverse data professionals- Solid data solution architecture understanding, preferably in Azure Cloud (AWS, GCP ) combined with strong hands-on skills in Power BI, SQL and Python- Excellent project and product management skills, with a focus on agile methodologies- Previous experience in the energy or trading sector is highly desirable- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
