**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Als Group Leader im Bereich Wareneingang sorgst du in der zweiten Arbeitszeit ab 14:40 Uhr dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft
- Konkret steuerst du die lagerlogistischen Prozesse in deiner Abteilung, packst mit an und setzt gemeinsam mit deinem Team alles daran, dass ihr eure Kennzahlen erreicht.
- Dabei verstehst du euren Job als echten Service, bei dem sämtliche Sicherheits
- und Arbeitsroutinen eingehalten werden.
- Deine 15-25 Mitarbeiter*innen können sich auf dich verlassen: Du bist ihre erste Ansprechperson auf der Fläche, hast immer ein offenes Ohr für ihre Anliegen und unterstützt sie, sodass sich jedes Teammitglied individuell weiterentwickeln kann.
- Ob vorausschauende und ökonomische Personal
- oder Urlaubsplanung, du trägst dazu bei, dass wir gemeinsam unsere Ziele erreichen.

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung als Führungskraft und/oder Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, sowie entsprechende Fähigkeiten
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine Arbeitszeit zwischen 14:40-22:50 Uhr? Kein Problem für dich
- Du bist eine begeisterungsfähige, verantwortungsbewusste und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die SERVICE groß schreibt, Prioritäten setzen kann und es versteht, andere zu motivieren, zu inspirieren und Feedback ebenso klar wie wertschätzend zu vermitteln.
