**Wir brauchen Deine Unterstützung bei...**
- Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Field Sales sowie Meeting und Events
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Business Plänen, Budgets und Forecasts
- Planung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung und Maximierung der Umsatzziele
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien in allen relevanten Märkten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kostenbudgets für Verkaufs
- und Marketingmaßnahmen
- Durchführung und Auswertung von Markt
- und Mitbewerberanalysen
- Repräsentation der b'mine hotels auf Messen, Foren und Konferenzen
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung der Hotelzimmer und Veranstaltungsräume
- Weiterentwicklung des Teams und Durchführung von Mitarbeitertrainings

**Und hier ein kleiner Auszug Deiner Talente...**
- Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung (z.B. Hotelbetriebswirt, Sales-Zusatzausbildung) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einer leitenden Funktion im Sales-Bereich
- Umfassende Fachkenntnisse im Sales-Bereich und ein hohes Service
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein bezüglich der Arbeit mit Kunden sowie Gästen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
