As a Senior Employer Brand Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and communicating the GetYourGuide employer brand to attract and retain exceptional talent worldwide. In this position, you will own, drive, and deliver impactful brand and marketing initiatives that compellingly convey our story and offerings to current and future employees. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and report to the Employer Brand Lead.
- This is a 12-month Parental Leave cover position, with possibility of extension._
**You will**:
- Work closely with the Talent Brand Lead to devise and execute a targeted and strategic employer brand approach with the goal of attracting talent to GetYourGuide.
- Lead, manage, and deliver a comprehensive content and events calendar, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and technology meetups.
- Implement tactical marketing campaigns to translate the Employer Brand strategy into impactful initiatives.
- Lead the delivery of content on getyourguide.careers website and social media channels to attract top talent.
- Analyze performance metrics related to our employer brand, extracting actionable insights.
- Coordinate and oversee a pool of specialized freelancers, ensuring high-quality deliverables for short and long-term projects.
- Proactively engage and communicate with key stakeholders
**Who you are**:
- 4+ years of proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong eye for great design, writing, and imagery.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to develop effective tactical campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle tasks in a timely manner and adapt to changing timelines or expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to provide clear guidance and feedback.
- Creative thinker; someone who can challenge the status quo and come up with innovative ideas to solve problems.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a knack for turning problems into opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
