Tasks

What you will do?
- Support in the implementation of campaigns that build Cosmo brand image in the marketplace
- Support in coordination of image initiatives dedicated to Cosmo business teams
- Co-organization and participation in employer branding events (online and offline), including job fairs, conferences, workshops, meet-ups (events aimed at both students and experienced people)
- Cooperation with external suppliers, universities, student organizations
- Daily cooperation with the People and Marketing Team
- Co-creation of content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Co-creation of content for the career website
- Reporting and analysis of the effects of employer branding activities undertaken

**Requirements**:
What we want from you?
- You are a university student in Berlin.
- You have a passion and interest in the area of employer branding (ideally experience of about 1 year is preferred)
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You have a "light pen" and openness to a dynamic work environment
- You have creativity, attention to detail, very good organization of work - that's our daily routine
