**What You will be doing**:

- ** Campaign Management**: manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn), including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with KPIs and growth goals.
- ** Performance Reporting**:Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPL) to uncover insights and guide future strategies. Additionally, prepare regular performance updates and optimization recommendations, sharing findings with teams and stakeholders.
- ** Cross-Team Collaboration**:partner with stakeholders to align on creative assets, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget distribution across platforms and channels.
- ** Landing Page Optimization**:implement and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve landing page performance.
- ** Competitor Analysis**:conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

**You'll be great for this role if**:

- You have **at least three years of experience in B2B performance marketing**. Agency experience is preferred.
- You are highly analytical and enjoy using data to inform decisions and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a must. Experience with DV360 is a plus.
- Ideally, you would have experience with CRM platform integrations. Pipedrive is preferred.
- You are a quick learner who can rapidly understand problems and develop effective solutions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and can think creatively to find innovative approaches to challenges.
- You are self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of projects.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus but not required.
