**We seek**:

- In the Center for Sensor Systems, Chair of Analogue Circuits and Image Sensors, we are looking for a researcher as of the nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt at the following conditions:
- 100% = 39,83 hours
- pay grade 13 TV-L
- limited for 3 years

**Your tasks**:
- Collaboration at the Chair of Analogue Circuit Technology and Imaging Sensor Systems
- Design, build and test Silicon/Amorphous Silicon circuits for imaging and intelligence
- Design digital cameras and other image processing systems
- Manage own research and administrative activities
- Contribute ideas for new research activities
- Write reports and papers and present them in conferences
- Supervision of student work (bachelor's, master's, project theses) within the scope of the project

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in electronics/electrical engineering/computer science
- Experience of CMOS Circuits, Nanosystems and fabrication in cleanroom
- Very good skills in spoken and written English
- Ambition for research and thirst of knowledge
- Intention to do a doctorate in engineering science
- Experience/ training of using one or more of the following software products: Cadence, Synospis, Matlab or Comsol
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Education in modules in CMOS IC Design or nano-systems
