As a "Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist / CRO (f/m/x)" at BBG your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, increasing conversions, and optimizing user experiences. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving key metrics such as dwell time on page, average order value (AOV), and conversion funnels. **What you will do**:
You will develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to drive revenue growth, increase conversions, and enhance overall user experience for our 40+ online shops
You will utilize Google Analytics and sophisticated quantitative analysis methods to analyze user behavior across the whole funnel in our multi-brand, international shop setup
You will conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests and expand our range of collected data events for more sophisticated, granular testing
You will set up a structured, semi-automated analysis program in order to identify optimizations at scale across 40+ domains
You will plan and execute multi-step analyses and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

**What we are looking for**:
You come with a proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment
You have a strong proficiency in using Google Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
You come with experience in conducting A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize key metrics using Dynamic Yield or Bloomreach/Exponea
You come with a proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing CRO changes
You come with a strong analytical mindset and have the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
You come with project management skills and you enjoy planning analyses in multiple steps and not letting up before actionable recommendations are reached
You are fluent in English; German language is a bonus

**Who we are**:
BBG creates, builds, buys, and scales consumer brands globally. Within the last 17 years we have created and built 14 own e-commerce brands including our largest and best-known brands Klarstein, auna, blumfeldt and Capital Sports. Since 2020, we have been buying e-commerce brands, scaling them globally through our more than 100 sales channels and now we integrated more than 40 brands into our product portfolio. Our passion for good products is reflected by the over 4,800 items we bring to our customers in 28 countries via the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model. Our headquarter is in Berlin, however our employees work in a total of 10 locations around the globe - from Europe, UK, USA, to Asia.
