At sofatutor, you will work on an online platform that enables over one million students to learn through play with videos, exercises, and learning materials, and you will shape the future of digital learning and teaching together with us.
As **(Senior)** **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (gn)** you will be responsible for ensuring that even more parents choose sofatutor, by making sure that all visitors to our website understand and experience the advantages of our E-learning offer.

**Your Mission**:
As** (Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (gn) **you will shape and empower sofatutor’s A/B testing ability with idea creation and development. In close exchange with your colleagues in Team Product Growth you will identify uplift potentials of our E-learning platform, create promising A/B testing ideas, and convert them into wireframes. These are your specific tasks:
- You will create test ideas to improve sofatutor’s conversion rate
- You will work on the expansion of the A/B testing program of the sofatutor platforms
- You will identify uplift potentials on the sofatutor site via data and competition analysis, as well as based on user research
**Your Profile**:
You are experienced in A/B testing? Your strengths include both creativity and analytical thinking skills and you are empathetic and curious? Then this job is the right choice for you. These are the requirements in detail:
- Experience in developing and conducting A/B tests and knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Convert)
- Experience in creating wireframes yourself
- Ability to work fast and agile
- Strong desire to self-improve in the A/B testing area
- Experience in the management of the A/B testing process
- Working experience in B2C companies
- Location in a timezone similar to Berlin (CET)
- German language skills are a plus
