**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**Can you imagine yourself at a high-growth SaaS company in a key role that elevates our Enterprise Sales globally?**
NavVis' Digital factory solutions have helped multiple Manufacturing and Automotive OEMs transform their factory management. Through this opportunity, you will get to, along with your team, take our product and its adoption to the next level As our Global Head of Enterprise Sales, you will not only **drive our global Enterprise Accounts' Go-to-Market strategy** but also **implement NavVis' digital factory SaaS solution** within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will lead our global team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives based out of Germany, the USA and China to disrupt the manufacturing industry (especially among large automotive accounts) with our innovative digital twin solutions.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**:
- Your previous experience **working in/ leading an international highly experienced Sales team** will enable you to define and scale our global Sales processes in accordance with our business structure
- You will be closely involved in designing our Go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing industry and ensuring the success of our entire Enterprise Sales Team from planning to execution
- Together with your senior Enterprise Sales Team, you will be at the forefront of CXO interactions on the customer side, and establish and develop a long-lasting solution-driven relationship
- Internally, you will find yourself collaborating with our Enterprise Professional Services, Market Intelligence & Strategy, and Ecosystem teams, among others, to make the NavVis Digital Factory solution even better
**WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE**:
- Your ability to lead a team with empathy, transparency and a strong vision will be key to strengthening your team's and, in turn, NavVis' overall performance
- You have demonstrated experience in selling innovative, cutting-edge Enterprise SaaS Solutions to manufacturing and automotive clients and a track record of success in global enterprise sales
- Your previous experience in helping take a business **from a start-up to a scale-up stage** will set you up for success in driving the solution
- A passion for technology, coupled with fantastic (verbal and written) presentation and communication skills will empower you to understand and explain to clients the potential of NavVis spatial intelligence solutions
- For a successful collaboration with other stakeholders - both internally and externally - you bring a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills (**written and spoken in German as well as English**)
