We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Cybersecurity to lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts and protect our digital assets.

About the Role

The Head of Global Cybersecurity will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and practices
  • Leading the strategic direction and operational coherence of cybersecurity in Daiichi Sankyo Group
  • Formulating a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that manages security policies, standards, and practices
  • Stimulating risk management and responsible for managing the operation of global-level cybersecurity services
Key Responsibilities

The Head of Global Cybersecurity will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing security strategies, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all regions
  • Overseeing incident response and leveraging advanced technologies to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture
  • Guiding and supporting a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals within the Global Security NOC
  • Driving initiatives to enhance our security framework and safeguard our digital assets globally
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, with a Master's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in information security, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity areas such as security architecture, incident response, risk management, and policy development
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, including cloud security, network security, encryption, IAM, and emerging tech
