Wir suchen Menschen wie dich - und wollen gemeinsam mit dir wachsen. Als international agierender IT-Spezialist, suchen wir dich für unseren Standort in **Gütersloh **mit der Flexibilität mobil z. B. im Home-Office tätig zu sein.

Dein künftiges Team vereint zwölf Menschen, die ihren fachlichen Schwerpunkt im People Development, Recruiting und Employer Branding haben. Mit deiner Erfahrung und deinen Ideen wollen wir unsere Personalentwicklungs
- und Talentmanagement Instrumente weiterentwickeln. Werde Teil unseres Teams

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich**:

- Lösungen entwickeln - Du arbeitest im Team und entwirfst für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte zielgerichtete Personalentwicklungs
- und Qualifizierungsangebote - vom Konzept bis zur Implementierung
- Verantwortung tragen - Für deinen Aufgabenbereich und dein Trainingsportfolio bist du im Driver Seat - du entwickelst diese Angebote weiter, berätst intern dazu und steuerst unsere externen Partner:innen in der Durchführung
- Projekte zum Erfolg führen - Du unterstützt oder leitest HR Projekte - teilweise auch mit internationalem Fokus - um unsere People Development Angebote weiter auszubauen
- Organisation entwickeln - Du trägst zur Erreichung unserer Wachstumsziele bei, indem du unsere Initiativen zu Organisationsentwicklung unterstützt
- Du schätzt vielfältige Perspektiven und entwickelst unsere Diversity Angebote zielgerichtet weiter

- Du hast Spaß daran, Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten und möchtest People Development mit uns auf ein neues Level heben
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, arbeitest gern mit Menschen und zählst Selbstorganisation und Projektmanagement zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung / Talentmanagement, idealerweise in einem agilen IT-Umfeld
- Du hast Lust, uns bei der Internationalisierung unserer Angebote zu unterstützen und sprichst daher fließend Englisch
