**Job Description**:
Your missions:

- Overall strategic leadership and coordination of projects with the project managers ( up to 40) located in the countries
- Coordinating and leading the preparation phase of customer proposals (scope, timing, costs, quality) along the tendering process.
- Leading development of SEGULA International project management and tendering management capability by coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Ensuring projects (up to 150) are delivered in adherence with SEGULA International’s internal project management processes and procedures
- Leading the SEGULA International project management community in identification & development best-practise across the business.
- implement and review regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals
- Align the different project approaches, impact, and timing with the broader environment.
- ensure adequate coordination and secure the project managers overall targets:

- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints, based on analysis using appropriate PM tools and analysis of project performance
- Responsible for delivery; on-time, on-budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Control spends against budget and forecast project costs.
- Application of thorough risk and issue management across projects, and management of issues through to conclusion.
- Being the senior customer and stakeholder interface, establishing strong and effective relationships at all levels where and as needed
- Readiness to travel and support local entities.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, operating at a strategic and tactical level
- Ability to understand the broader context of an international organization and the direct operational area
- Resource and people management experience, in a matrix organisation
- Strong data management skills and a high-level of IT literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project or equivalent
- A degree in an engineering discipline and significant track record of project delivery experience in an engineering environment
- A thorough understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of engineering project execution and sales proposals
- Proven stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience of managing challenging commercial customer relationships
- Strong customer focus with a flexible approach to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
- Be familiar with best practice project management methodologies, procedures and tools.
- A natural desire to contribute to continuous improvement and develop sufficient knowledge of the project processes within our business to be able to propose and implement operational improvements
- Demonstrate SEGULA International’s values working with others to ensure high standards of behaviour and performance
- Proficient in English and 2 others languages
- Location: in one of our major country - Germany
