Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich der elektrooptischen Prüfung unserer Halbleiterbauteile, als auch der Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung
- Sie verantworten mit Ihrem Team Planung, Entwicklung, Aufbau und Einsatz unserer Prüfeinrichtung
- Zusammen mit Ihrem Team unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung und Produktion im Tagesgeschäft
- Sie definieren, entwickeln und optimieren neue Messmethoden für VCSEL und Photodioden,
- Ihr technisch versiertes Team motivieren und führen Sie auf Augenhöhe
- Ziele wie nachhaltige Steigerung der Effizienz, der Qualität und Sicherheit im Fachbereich gehören zu Ihrer Führungsaufgabe

Was wir suchen
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium bspw. aus den Bereichen Optoelektronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik bzw. physikalische Technik, Halbleitertechnik o. ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung von elektrischen und optischen Messungen von Bauelementen der Optoelektronik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden
- Flexibles Handeln in Kombination mit hoher Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in Crossfunctional-Teams
- Freude am Gestalten, Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie konsequente Umsetzung von Zielen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
