**Head of Project Management (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As Head of Project Management you have full responsibility for personnel and project results
- You manage and supervise project related tasks including planning, coordination and control of schedule, cost and HSE for all projects
- Personnel management, capacity planning, strategic personnel planning, target-oriented development and further training of staff as well as cost planning are also parts of this role
- Further you evaluate and implement improvement potentials within the department and company
- You are responsible for cooperation concepts within LE globally as well as with other departments and customers
- You will support and challenge of proposals, as well active risk and change management
- In addition you do project reporting and presentations to management, partners and clients
- Also you are a competent and cooperative interface for all project participants and stakeholders
**What makes you great**
- You have a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering or similar and profound knowledge and experience in project management
- Entrepreneurial spirit and already gained leadership experience round off your profile
- You lead people with appreciations, instill trust and have conflict management skills
- Further you have excellent communications skills and keep all your stakeholders appropriately informed
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering and commercial procedures are also needed for this role
