**Head of Cost Estimation & Product Management (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As the Head of Cost Estimation & Product Management at Linde Engineering Dresden, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cost estimation and product management teams
- You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives in the areas of carbon capture and electrolysis, bringing them to life by assembling a team of experts, managing budgets, and tracking project progress
- Your main responsibility in cost estimation will be to ensure that accurate cost estimates are prepared to the highest quality standards, focusing on data collection, consolidation, and analysis
- You will also ensure smooth handover and feedback from project cost control, while looking beyond the department to improve the transfer and quality of cost-critical information
- As the Head of Cost Estimation & Product Management, you will be expected to implement new processes and improve existing guidelines in-line with our product portfolio, to ensure that our cost estimation and product management functions remain at the cutting edge of the industry

**What makes you great**
- You have an university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in EPC-related work, including product management, cost estimation, Engineering, sales, and/or commercial roles
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the EPC business and the technology implemented by Linde Engineering Dresden
- You have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team
- Further you own strong analytical expertise and a proven track record in successfully leading strategic initiatives
- Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages is required for this role
- Willingness to relocate to Dresden to fully immerse oneself in the role and the organization
