Für unseren Auftraggeber aus dem Pharmabereich sowie einer Krankenkasse sind Sie als externer Stakeholder erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Patienten. Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
- Annahme von Anrufen (auch aus dem Ausland) und Weiterleitungen an entsprechende Ansprechpartner und Abteilungen
- Telefonische Weiterleitung medizinischer Anfragen an medizinisches Fachpersonal
- E-Mail-Bearbeitung
- Filtern von Anrufen und E-Mails
- Kundensupport für diverse Gesundheitsangebote einer Krankenkasse über Web und App, wie z. B. Ernährungs-, Bewegungs
- und Entspannungscoaching etc.
- E-Mail-Bearbeitung und Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen zu den Gesundheitsangeboten
- Technische Begleitung beim Handling der Apps und Web-Version

Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im gesundheitlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich. Aber auch **Quereinsteiger** sind bei uns sehr willkommen
**Zudem**:
- sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse
- sind Sie kommunikativ und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
- arbeiten Sie sehr eigenständig und bringen ein hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen mit
- besitzen Sie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel) und einen sicheren Umgang mit dem PC
- überzeugen Sie durch Empathie sowie eine aufgeschlossene und freundliche Lebenseinstellung
- sind Sie bereit sich auf Arbeitszeiten von **Montag bis Freitag** zwischen 8:00 bis 18:00 einzulassen
