**A Snapshot of Your Day**

With our Talent Management approach, we foster the development of all employees within Siemens Energy while ensuring that vacancies are filled quickly and inclusively with the best fit. We act globally, agile, beyond hierarchies and organizational boundaries - and in close collaboration with our various stakeholders. Our job is not only to develop but track state of the art approaches and likewise to enable the organization, change and all elements of Human Energy. Human Resources at Siemens Energy has an integrated Talent Management department that bridges development and selection. This role in involves facilitating the identification of key roles, establishing a rolling forecast, mentoring programs, talent reviews, and to ensure our approach also includes succession at scale for lower pipelines.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

1)Succession Management
- Provide global guidance for Succession: provide frame for succession activities including guidance on elements like Talent Review, Talent Talks, etc. to be used across the company
- Strategically evolve succession: review and benchmark both internally and externally to ensure staying current and adding value for the business in close cooperation with stakeholders
- Plan and organize successful succession reviews with Executive Board Members: design agenda for quarterly strategic reviews, facilitate preparation by HR Business Partners, support cross-company pipelining, update tools, and encourage follow-up activities
- Product ownership of succession planning tools: manage, update, and enrich existing tool, explore and shape alternative tools

2)Talent Development
- Co-design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that identify, nurture, and accelerate the growth of top talent within the organization
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to key talent pools, fostering their professional growth and preparing them for future leadership roles
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide stretch assignments, job rotations, and cross-functional projects to high-potential talent, enhancing their skills and exposure to different parts of the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs, collecting feedback, analyzing outcomes, and making continuous improvements
- Act as a Talent Management Key Account partnering with global HR BP to share all TM topics and ensure that their business’ talent needs are realized

**What You Bring**
- The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree (Master preferred) in a Human focused discipline.
- At least 7 years of work experience in different areas of Human Resources ideally in global Talent Management and/or Leadership Development organisations as well as a deep desire to understand the business need and international experience
- Proven track record in concept designing and implementation on a global scale
- Affinity for figures and interest in defining and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a basis for deriving targeted measures
- Enabling others with your expertise to support the transformation
- Willingness to work in a global, agile team set-up
- Showing curiosity, willingness to learn, explore and grow, pragmatism, professionalism, humour and resilience
