We were founded by Axel Springer in 2018 as a 100 percent owned company and combine the digital activities and participations in real estate, car and generalist classifieds in Germany (Immowelt), France (Meilleurs Agents, Groupe SeLoger, Logic-Immo, Car & Boat Media), Belgium (Immoweb), Spain (Housell) and Israel (Yad2), making us one of the world’s biggest digital classified players.

**WHAT WE DO IN TALENT MANAGEMENT**
We are a team of ambassadors both for performance and development, that use relevant literature in order to build development opportunities for our people. You will have an amazing experience in our team if you are passionate and expert on talent management processes, you enjoy a dynamic environment and you use empathy as a centric key for services delivery.
Our mission is to build a sustainable talent planning and succession process to ensure a linked talent strategy, and to strengthen the capabilities of our business.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:
- As part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Management, you will enhance a Global Talent Management and succession planning approach across the Group
- Support the implementation of Workday Talent Module
- Follow a strategy and implement standardized talent review rounds in line with our culture, and focused on employee development and growth
- Implement predefined talent management actions based on business needs
- Run reports on People topics, and prepare storytelling nuggets based on data-driven insights to be delivered to different audiences
- Design and execute project plans for talent management deployments
- Createnew talent management programs
- Build career paths & development measures in a scale up environment
- Contribute to the creation of new processes and to the harmonization of the existing ones
- Ensure a data-driven consultancy approach for business stakeholders
- Partner with other CoEs to ensure cross-functional collaboration and a successful talent experience
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate their journey towards changes related to Talent Management topics
- Be an ambassador for our AVIV behaviors and drive cultural initiatives
Qualifikationen
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:
- Social Sciences degree (preferably Organizational Psychology), with a proven expertise in the field of behavioural assessment
- Expert for talent management business processes (e.g., performance management, career development, succession planning, potential identification, job architecture, organizational development)
- Strong program management skills, with an analytical mindset
- Excellent stakeholders management skills, with a high EQ
- Fluent in English. French or German is an advantage
