**Was wünschen wir uns von Dir?**
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Leadership und Organisationsentwicklungs-Programmen, Trainings, Teambuildingworkshops
- Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Events und Aktionen zu Kultur
- und Leadership-Entwicklungsthemen
- Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Gestaltung anderer interner Kommunikationsformaten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Analysen und Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung des Intranet-Auftritts des Bereichs

**Was bringst Du schon mit?**
- Du bist noch für mindestens für 12 Monate in einem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Pädagogik, Psychologie, Soziologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs eingeschrieben, vorzugsweise Masterstudium
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Learning & Development, Organisationsentwicklung oder HR allgemein wünschenswert
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools zur Erstellung und Design von Präsentationen und anderen Dokumenten, sowie Affinität zu IT-Tools
- Kommunikationsstärke, interkulturelle Kompetenz, Aufgeschlossenheit und Organisationstalent
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
