**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working to regular/ consistent geographically optimized journey plan cycle that maximizes time on the ground with customers in-stores.
- Prioritized visit frequency that drives more emphasis to top performing stores & key cities while also ensuring we maintain visibility in the total market place.
- Uses IAuditor tool & fluid communication to drive visibility to key stakeholders (KAMs, AMs Sales management) of opportunities and challenges in real time - as they happen in the markets.
- Identify new business (prospect) opportunities while in the markets & follow up (Suspects) to establish if relevant for Levis / Dockers.
- Engage Store / Floor managers of our strategic accounts doors to generate location improvements space gains, store operations improvement, instore hotspots and local channel marketing opportunities.
- Assortment & stock check on floor assortment eliminating "can't find my size" by identifying actions (stock in store, not on floor vs. replen needed).
- Engage floor teams: Deliver floor teams trainings a key season start, or key product story launch moments.
- Promote execution of "VM rig" with retail ops to ensure floor VM matches communicated plan where we have in place, at minimum fit zoning and must haves elevated.
- LRN maintenance (compliance) across geography.
- Critical communication loop with Sales teams & retail ops teams at partners as well as X functional partners.
- Ambassador for BCOM with smaller accounts - helping account navigate tool and prompting engagement.
- Constantly drives for best in class consumer experience within geographical market place.

- Educated to degree level
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Fashion retail - minimum 3 year experiencing preferably at supervisor level or above
**Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills**:
- Microsoft office - Outlook/ Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint
**Decision Making and Problem solving**:
- Highly organized and flexible approach
- Self-motivated and driven
- Key attention to detail
- Ability to understand & contribute to delivering commercial KPIs
