Unser Geschäft ist der elektronische Datenaustausch (EDI) zwischen Handelspartnern. TrueCommerce ist ein globales Netzwerk und bietet Managed Services für unsere cloudbasierten B2B Integrations-, EDI- und Supply-Chain-Lösungen für die Segmente Handel, Fashion und Fertigung.
TrueCommerce mit Hauptsitz in Cranberry/Pennsylvania, ist global aufgestellt und hat weitere Standorte in UK, Irland, Dänemark und Vietnam. Der deutsche Standort ist in Ismaning bei München. Unsere Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch.

Zum Ausbau des DACH-Geschäftes suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort in Ismaning bei München in Vollzeit einen motivierten
Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)
Als Sales Development Representative oder auch Business Development Representative (BDR) (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für unsere Inbound
- und Outbound Leads, bist Teil des Europäischen Marketingteams und berichtest an den Marketing Director DACH.
Aufgaben
- Durch deinen Einsatz steigerst du die Leadzahlen und trägst so zum Umsatzwachstum bei
- Du kontaktierst und qualifizierst alle eingehenden DACH Leads (Inbound) telefonisch oder per E-Mail
- Du ermittelst den Bedarf der Interessenten
- Du vereinbarst Termine zwischen Interessenten und dem zuständigen Sales Rep
- Du kontaktierst kampagnenbezogen DACH Outbound Leads
- Du dokumentierst wichtige Lead Informationen im CRM
Qualifikation
- Du bist zuverlässig, selbstmotiviert, ein Teamplayer und packst die Dinge an
- Du überzeugst am Telefon
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen und verfügst bereits über Erfahrung als Sales Development Representative, bestenfalls in der IT Branche
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
- Du überzeugst durch deine positive Ausstrahlung, agierst kundenorientiert und es fällt Dir leicht, Dich selbst zu organisieren
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Produkten, vor allem Excel
- Erfahrung mit Marketing und CRM-Tools, wie Marketo und NetSuite
