**To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an Inside sales representative (M/F/d) in the office for the Ismaning location north of Munich to support our sales force throughout Germany.**
You have just completed your commercial training and have technical understanding in electrical, information or telecommunications technology, alternatively in related areas and can imagine familiarizing yourself with the aforementioned areas. Or you come from the circle of our customers and would like to reorient yourself professionally.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Handling customer inquiries about items and orders
- Monitoring of product availability and delivery dates
- Quotation, order processing and tracking
- Supervision and support of our sales representatives
- Processing and creation of forecasts and key figures for the sales regions
- Maintenance of price lists
- Preparation of presentation documents
- Continuous master data maintenance in our ERP system
- Co-organization of internal/external conferences
- Participation in customer and trade fair visits
**Role Requirements / Must have **:
- Degree educated within sales or related sales fields would be desirable but not mandatory.
- German and English in spoken and written.
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a communicative personality
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility.
- Reliability, ability to work under pressure and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs specifically Excel (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
