**Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche Verantwortung für das Product Team "Pricing Cockpit", welches Reporting und Analysen im Pricing Bereich ermöglicht und zur Verbesserung des finanziellen Ergebnisses durch besseres Pricing beiträgt
- Enger Austausch (national/international) mit relevanten Stakeholdern und gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung des Produktes
- Gestaltung und Implementierung einer Vision, die sich an den Kundenbedürfnissen, der Unternehmensstrategie sowie der Marktsituation orientiert inkl. dem Managen der Anforderungen und der Priorisierung der Weiterentwicklung
- Erstellung einer ambitionierten Roadmap und Implementierung dieser innerhalb des geplanten Zeit
- und Budgetplans
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Product Ownern in
- und außerhalb des Pricing Bereichs zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer Omni-Channel-Plattform

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, BWL oder vergleichbar sowie Erfahrungen im digitalen Produkt Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position als Product Owner (m/w/d) oder Product Manager (m/w/d) sowie in der agilen Produktentwicklung (SCRUM/Kanban)
- Technisches und produktbezogenes Fachwissen im Bereich Pricing
- Relevante Erfahrung hinsichtlich internationaler Rollouts wünschenswert
- Analytische und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Begeisterung für die Produktentwicklung
- Ergebnisorientierte und fristgerechte Arbeitsweise in einem sich stetig wandelnden Umfeld sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Innerhalb der Category Management Organisation der MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group ist der Bereich International Pricing verantwortlich für die Zentralisierung und Optimierung von Pricing Strategien sowie für Preisfindungs
- und Preissetzungsprozesse in unseren Landesgesellschaften. Das Spektrum reicht dabei von produkt/kategorie-spezifischen Pricing Tactics bis zum übergreifenden Price Life Cycle Management, Promotionsteuerung und der Weiterentwicklung der erforderlichen Systemlandschaft.
Das Product Team "Pricing Cockpit" arbeitet sowohl an Datenvorbereitungsprozessen (ETL), analytischen Modellen (inkl. Machine Learning) als auch an der Aufbereitung in verschiedenen Frontend Applikationen (z.B. Tableau, R-shiny) sowie am Roll-out in die einzelnen MediaMarktSaturn Länder.
