We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Controlling, Finance, Accounting & Tax department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Price Calculation and Analysis: Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margin growth, while ensuring accurate and timely price updates.
- Pricing Tool Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our pricing tools, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
- Budget and Forecast Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, using updated pricing data to inform business decisions.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analyzing and validating margin calculations to drive business insights.
- Margin and KPI Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of margins and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
- Business Case Evaluation: Evaluate ongoing business cases, providing decision support and monitoring project results to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Project Management: Review, prioritize, plan, and track new projects and KPIs, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on Corporate Finance and/or Controlling.
- Experience: First professional experience in Controlling or at an auditing firm, preferably in an international environment.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analysis software such as SAP BW is an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: High analytical competence, independent and results-oriented working style, and strong team skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German is an advantage.
