**About V.I.E.**

V.I.E. (“Volontariat International en Entreprise”) is an international paid program of up to 2 years and organized in collaboration between companies and the French government. It is meant to offer the ability to gain professional experience and opportunity to learn, grow and develop in an international work environment and provide a first step on your further career path.

To be able to participate, any applicant will need to fulfill the following criteria, independent of the job profile:

- Age 18 to 28
- French or European citizenship (EEA-countries)
- Graduated from their university studies and/or vocational training and able to work full-time for the duration of the program

The position can be located in Milan or Munich.

Your main tasks will be:
2/ Creation of commercial offers (promotions, packages, bonus points...) and web campaigns:

- Participation in the definition of the offer and/or the content (text and visuals) of the campaign according to the different markets.
- Activation of offers dedicated to ALL members to support them during their life cycle as loyal customers.
- Creation of pages via the CMS
- Analysis, performance reporting and recommendations for future campaigns.

3/ Website performance monitoring:

- Training in Google Analytics, ContentSquare and our sales monitoring tools
- Follow-up of the evolution of the traffic via the different levers
- Analysis and follow-up of media
- Search for opportunities to optimise the conversion rate
- Communications with the levers and marketing teams

4/ Communication
- Creation of internal communication tools to present offers, results, new products to employees / hotel network.
- Translation of offers and content and co-management of the translation agency

5/ Follow-up and management of projects according to operational needs.

Projects vary and evolve throughout the year, you will participate in these projects.

**Your profile**

Minimum experience required: 1 to 2 years experience

Level of study: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5

Field of study: Marketing & Digital

Languages required: French, English

**Your skillset**

Mastery of the Office package, good knowledge of Excel

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop

Analytical skills

Very good level of English

Organisation and rigour essential

Enthusiasm and responsiveness

Writing and interpersonal skills

Autonomous and sense of initiative
