**Description du poste**:
Au sein de l’expertise Flex Equity & Private Debt pour une durée de 12 mois, vous assisterez l’équipe d’investissement du bureau de Munich dans l’ensemble de ses missions (screening, analyse des opportunités, exécution et suivi du portefeuille). Vous serez principalement impliqué sur les tâches suivantes:
- Analyses du marché, de la stratégie et des performances financières des sociétés cibles (revue des Due Diligence) ;
- Modeling financier et analyse critique de business plans ;
- Rédaction de notes d’investissement et participation aux comités d’investissement ;
- Participation à la structuration et l’exécution des deals (financements, documentation juridique, négociation, closing).
Ce VIE vous apportera une vision à 360° des métiers du Private Equity/Debt.
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes éligible pour un contrat VIE en Allemagne
- Vous êtes diplômé de grandes écoles de commerce ou d'ingénieur
- Vous avez cumulé 12 mois de stage ou d’alternance au sein de fonds de private equity, de private debt ou d’acteurs M&A / Conseil en dettes
- Vous parlez couramment anglais
- Vous possédez un très bon niveau d’analyse et de synthèse
