**Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Kontrolle der Kreditlimits und der Statusübersichten
- Überwachung der Aktionsmengen
- Auftragsbearbeitung per EDI, Telefon, Fax und Mail
- Abwicklung der Musteraufträge
- Dokumentation der eingehenden Kürzungsbelege
- Bearbeitung von eigehenden Reklamationen des Kunden, Erstellung von Gutschriften
- Kundeninformationen Lieferstörungen-/Abweichungen per Telefon und Mail
- Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Mitarbeit an Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Verkaufs-/ Vetriebsinnendienst
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse Infor M3, Power BI und MS-Office
