Das Strategy & CEO Office unterstützt die Definition der strategischen Agenda des Top-Managements und orchestriert zentrale CEO-Themen über Divisionen und Infrastrukturbereiche hinweg. Wir unterstützen die Gestaltung der strategischen Wachstumsambitionen, des Narrativs und der Reputation der DB auf dem Weg, eine der führenden Banken in Europa zu werden. **Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Gruppenstrategie sowie Übernahme von Verantwortung für Aufgaben in Teilprojekten
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsdokumenten für leitende Führungskräfte, den Vorstand und andere hochrangige Interessensgruppen
- Durchführung von qualitativen und quantitativen Analysen
- Etablierung als Teil des Teams und als Schnittstelle für die Divisionen und Infrastruktur-Bereiche
- Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung des Teams hin zu einer agileren Arbeitsweise

**Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**:

- Hervorragende akademische Leistungen mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Finanzsektor, idealerweise in einer Rolle mit Bezug zu Strategie, Management Consulting, Projekt Management oder im Investment Banking
- Hervorragende analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit ausgeprägten schriftlichen/ mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; hervorragende Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit der Fähigkeit Ergebnisse höchster Qualität bereichsübergreifend zu erzielen
- Ausgeprägter Sinn für Priorisierung und "getting things done"-Mentalität, insbesondere in komplexen Situationen mit wenigen Vorgaben
- Erfahrung in einem herausfordernden, schnelllebigen, internationalen Umfeld und die Fähigkeit professionelle Netzwerke aufzubauen
- Unternehmerische Denkweise mit ergebnisorientiertem Arbeitsstil sowie Ausdauer und Eigeninitiative

The Strategy & CEO Office supports the definition of the strategic agenda of the top management and orchestrates central CEO topics across business and infrastructure. We support DB‘s strategic growth ambition, narrative and reputation, on our way to becoming one of the leading banks in Europe. **Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the definition and evolution of the Group strategy and assume responsibility for tasks of sub-projects
- Prepare decision-making documents for senior executives, the management board, and other senior stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Become an integrated member of the team and a trusted partner/ go-to-person for our businesses and infrastructure functions
- Drive the team’s change towards a more agile working environment

**Your Expertise**:

- Excellent academic track record with at least 2 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a strategy, management consulting, project management related role or in Investment Banking
- Outstanding analytical and structuring capabilities with strong written/ verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a must
- Solid project management experience with ability to drive results across functions at highest quality
- Strong sense for prioritization and ‘getting things done’ mentality, also in complex situations with limited guidance
- Experience in a challenging, fast-paced, international environment and ability to build long-lasting professional network
- Entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented working style with stamina and intrinsic drive
