Are you the person we are looking for?

As part of the EMEA Sales Leadership team, you will lead a dedicated team of sales professional selling QNX products, services and solutions to identified General Embedded (GEM) accounts in EMEA, ensuring target sales achievement and total team and customer happiness. In this role, you will:

- Coach, guide and develop an existing sales team selling our solutions across EMEA
- Recruit and help the team to grow
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, handling expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work with the sales team to analyse customer requirements, deliver product and services against customer needs and manage the sales cycle through to revenue recognition.
- Identify, develop, and establish product and customer strategies and align internal resources to support the execution
- Provide customer and competitor insights. Articulate customer needs, interests, competitive activities, challenges and identify future revenue potential
- Provide regular forecasting and reporting including managing the accuracy of the forecast pipeline and lead management of your team.
- Develop, nurture, establish maintain and maintain strong working relationships with current and future key decision makers within the General Embedded (Rail, Aviation, Medical etc) industry

You will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or similar fields in the technology space, or meaningful relevant experience
- Experience in consultative selling of software to Tier1 companies in the embedded industry (one or more sectors)
- Must have a proven track record of developing new sales opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- A track record of developing new sales opportunities, growing new businesses, consistent sales quota achievement and ideally over-achievement.
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a regional/global sales team
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Confident and influential communication skills
