We're looking for skilled Composting Artists to join our team in Germany, and are offering a permanent hybrid role based in either our Stuttgart or Frankfurt studio. This presents a creative opportunity for you to contribute to cutting-edge projects and join a team of talented professionals. Join us and bring your creativity to life
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Collaborates with other compositors to ensure shots are delivered to highest standard and on schedule
- The desire and passion to learn, be better, and help others around you grow
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Lean and efficient script organization
- Quality control of own work (black levels, grain, mattes, filtering)
- Receives and implements feedback from Leads and Supervisor quickly and effectively
- Execute matte extractions from blue/green screen live action plates
- Integrate CG elements and matte paintings into live action plates
- Integrate Stock Footage Elements
- Knowledge of projection mapping
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years live-action feature film compositing experience
- Excellent knowledge in Nuke
- Demo reel that shows developed artistic skills including a strong sense of color, lighting, perspective, scale, and composition
- Solid communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to succeed under tight deadlines
- Enjoy collaborating with a team, assist others and be willing to share techniques and skills
- Responsive to feedback and the ability to convert feedback into the desired outcome
- Eye for detail, good understanding of color matching, light and contrast
**Additional Requirements**:
**This position is located in Germany, based out of either our Frankfurt or Stuttgart studio.**
