Quandoo is looking for a Junior UX Researcher to join our development team based at our HQ in Berlin. As a Junior UX Researcher, you will work with the research team in our Product Department, contributing to key initiatives across both our B2B and B2C products. Working with our Senior UX Researcher, you will be analysing and reporting on primary user research as well as supporting foundational, market, and field research intended to drive end-user requirements on our platforms.

Your responsibilities:

- Support on research projects and follow best-practice methodologies that will inform the definition and development of our user facing products.
- Report on user feedback analysis from live sites and products - working with heatmaps, heuristic analysis, NPS projects and more.
- Work with previous research data and provide regular insights to the business.
- Conduct in-person and online usability testing sessions with restaurants and diners using product prototypes.
- Work with the senior researcher on the translation of research findings to present research reports to relevant departments.
- Build strong relationships with Designers, Product Owners, Marketing, Supply and Analytics teams.
- Pro-active learning and the development of new skills within the field of user insights and market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working on research projects, preferably within a research team.
- Empathy and ability to sift through data and synthesise findings.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- Basic understanding of various qualitative and quantitative research methods, and how best to utilise them to meet research objectives
- A Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology (including Cognitive, Experimental, Social), Cognitive Science or related discipline is preferred
