As a **UX Researcher (M/F/d), **you will lead and conduct high-impact research projects that help shape the future of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers, translating complex user needs into actionable insights that drive our strategy and design decisions.

You’ll play a key role in defining our UX research strategy and shaping our research practices to foster a user-centered culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate researcher who wants to create meaningful change, drive user understanding, and influence product direction from early-stage ideation to final design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys etc.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities, set research objectives, and prioritize project scopes
- Ensure user-centered thinking is at the core of product development by advocating for user needs and appropriate research methods
- Partner with other UX researchers to refine UX research processes to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency of research initiatives
- Create awareness and increase the visibility of UX research across the organization together with other researchers to grow the UXR maturity
- (Mentor junior researchers by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement)

**What we're looking for**
- 5+ years of UX research experience, with a with a proven record of leading impactful research initiatives
- Proficiency in a wide range of research methodologies with experience across various research tools and platforms
- Strong data synthesis skills with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to advocate for and communicate the business value of UX research, raising awareness and aligning research activities with organizational priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels in a compelling and understandable way
- Passion for understanding users and a commitment to advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with changing priorities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Native or fluent proficiency in German and strong English skills
