Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften Ihres Betreuungsbereichs und Unterstützung dieser in der Ausübung ihrer Führungsaufgaben, Datenerhebung und der Umsetzung von Richtlinien.
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen Personalprozesse der Standorte in der verantworteten Region
- Aufbau von effektiven Arbeitsbeziehungen mit der Belegschaft aller Ebenen, insbesondere durch regelmäßige Präsenz an den Standorten
- Organisation und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Bereichen.
- Lösung facettenreicher Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich Beschwerden und komplexer Disziplinarfragen
- Datenanalyse und Erstellung von Berichten über wichtige Kennzahlen für Führungskräfte.

- Sie betreuen in dieser Rolle mehrere Standorte Ihrer Region und koordinieren dabei selbstständig Ihre Reisetätigkeit, um stets präsent und nach den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Netzwerks vor Ort zu sein*

Key job responsibilities
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR-Teams
- Sparringspartner für Standortleiter
- Erarbeitung von strategischen Personalinitiativen für den Standort und darüber hinaus
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitervertretungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Management um Mitarbeiter zu fördern, zu motivieren und ihnen zur Entfaltung ihres vollen Potenzials zu verhelfen
- Teilnahme an deutschland
- sowie europaweiten Projekten um uns kontinuierlich Weiterzuentwickeln und das Servicelevel weiter auszubauen
- Berichten von personalrelevanten Kennzahlen für deine Niederlassung(en)
- Förderung von Initiativen um Diversität und Inklusion weiter voranzutreiben

Berlin, BE, DEU | Hoppegarten, BB, DEU
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat.
- Erfahrung mit schnellem Wachstum und dynamischen Prozessen.
- Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Unternehmen vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, Einzelhandel, Produktion oder Fertigung.
