Das ICM - International Congress Center Messe München bietet durch exzellente Full-Service-Lösungen auf modernstem technischem Niveau ideale Bedingungen für nationale und internationale Kongresse, Hauptversammlungen und Events.

Für unser Team Projektmanagement im ICM, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n **Project Coordinator ICM (m/w/d) nationale und internationale Veranstaltungen, Kongresse und Events**.

Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Anstellung in Voll
- oder Teilzeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie unterstützen den gesamten Prozess der Ausstellungsabwicklung beginnend mit der Aussteller-Onlineanmeldung für unsere nationalen und internationale Gastveranstaltungen bis hin zur Abschlussrechnung.
- Sie kümmern sich um alle administrativen Aufgaben wie Bestell
- und Auftragsbearbeitung, Rechnungs
- und Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie Datenpflege in Salesforce und SAP.
- Sie verantworten die Ausstellerkommunikation (u.a. in Salesforce bzw. Projektpostfach) sowie die Einrichtung messebezogener IT-Systeme z.B. den Aussteller Shop und bieten den Kunden Hilfestellung.
- Sie koordinieren Prozesse und stimmen Arbeitsabläufe im Team sowie mit Querschnittsabteilungen stets ziel
- und lösungsorientiert ab
- Sie lernen das Event
- und Kongressgeschäft in all seinen Facetten kennen, in dem Sie bei Teilprojekten das ICM-Projektmanagement im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsabwicklung entlasten.
- Des Weiteren unterstützen die Leitung Projektmanagement bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie von veranstaltungsrelevanten Dokumenten.

**Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit**:

- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Veranstaltungsmann/frau bzw. Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik) und möglichst erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Kongresse, Ausstellungs
- und Projektmanagement.
- Sie überzeugen durch ein verbindliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Team
- und Organisationsfähigkeit und haben Freude am Arbeiten mit Computersystemen.
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Zudem haben Sie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und wünschenswerte Erfahrungen mit Salesforce und SAP.
