**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Administrative Unterstützung des Director Customer Experience Excellence.
- Sie bearbeiten Beschaffungsprozesse in SAP, inklusive der sachlichen Prüfung und Freigabe elektronischer Rechnungen.
- Meeting-Organisation: Sie organisieren Meetings, koordinieren Termine und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Vertragsmanagement und Procurement: Sie unterstützen im Vertragsmanagement und überwachen Procurement-Prozesse.
- Budgetmonitoring: Sie überwachen das Budget und koordinieren sich regelmäßig mit den Kostenstelleninhabern.

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung; alternativ eine adäquate Qualifikation mit entsprechenden Erfahrungen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im operativen Prozess
- und Projektmanagement
- Teamplayer mit Bereitschaft und Flexibilität sich in einem schnelllebigen, innovativen Umfeld in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe & Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb der Projektarbeit
