Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Logistics Distribution Center
- Verantwortung der Lager
- und Versandabwicklung zu unseren Klüber-Gesellschaften und Direktkunden
- Verantwortung für die Bereiche Arbeitsschutz und Gesundheitsförderung innerhalb des Bereiches in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Stellen
- Definition und Umsetzung der Abteilungsziele im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie
- Definition und Messung der Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) sowie Management und Kontrolle der logistischen Aktivitäten auf Basis der KPIs, inkl. Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der logistischen Prozesse durch entsprechende Maßnahmen und Projekte zur Steigerung der Effizienz auf Basis der Unternehmensstrategie und des geplanten Budgets
- Einführung und kontinuierliche Anwendung von Methoden des Lean Managements, insbesondere 5S (plus Safety), Gemba Walks, Six Sigma, Kaizen Workshops etc.
- Verantwortung der Abteilungsbudgets für Kosten und Invests (Planung und Kontrolle)
- Projektmanagement
- Personalplanung in enger Kooperation mit HR

Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer logistischen und operativen Führungsposition
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation
- ERP-Knowhow und hohe Affinität zu IT-Prozessen
- Best-Practice-Erfahrung in Intra
- und Extra-Logistik
- Fähigkeit ein kennzahlenbasiertes Reporting-System aufzubauen (Scorecard, KPI-Management)
- Praktische und fundierte Erfahrung in Lean Management und Six Sigma
- Menschlich und fachlich überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an Managementkompetenz sowie eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsgeschick
