As **Head Of Development** (f/m/x), you drive the software development strategy for the company and empower all areas of the business and our customers. Leading a team of developers, QA professionals and UX and design colleagues, you develop industry-leading tools, websites and infrastructure to deliver amazing experiences to our colleagues and customers. **Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead teams of engineers, designers and QA specialists
- Guide and develop software development for the company
- As a member of the leadership team, partner with other company leaders to drive tools decision making inside the company
- Work with internal stakeholders to deliver robust and relevant experiences for internal colleagues
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver amazing experiences to customers and drive conversion

**Your profile**:

- You have 5+ years experience leading multidisciplinary development teams
- You bring experience coordinating remote development activities
- You have a strong grasp of database structures, design and query languages, such as SQL
- You are comfortable coding in JavaScript and at least one additional language
- You want to make a difference for the energy transition in Europe
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Proficiency in the German language is a nice to have
- Desirable: Experience working with teams operating CRMs and ERPs
