We are looking for a **Director of Sales **to join our talented B2B team in Berlin.

As a **Director of Sales,** you will:

- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and SDRs - with the opportunity to quickly grow into a second-line leader
- Craft and execute an effective sales strategy for your region to effectively acquire long-term customers and drive top-line growth
- Iterate on our go-to-market by trialing new ways of approaching customers and new sales narratives
- Report on sales results across different geographical and segment levels with a critical eye
- Review each team member's performance regularly, identifying skills and areas of improvement
- Develop the sales team members with hands-on sales coaching
- Establish strong sales processes that deliver results
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Facilitate joint initiatives with cross-functional teams and strategically engage cross-functional resources to achieve sales goals

We are looking for a passionate **Director of Sales** with:

- 8+ years in a sales role, 4+ years of people management experience
- Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement
- Fluent in German with excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive service and customer orientation
- Experience with working across different geographies and the full sales cycle (Acquisition to Account Management)
- Ability to multi-task, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency with standard sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- A joy and passion for sales and people leadership
