- The role

HelloFresh Italia is part of a large group founded in Berlin in 2011: we are the world's leading meal kit provider delivering in 18 countries across 4 continents, with a revenue of €7.6 billions in 2022. We entered the Italian market in October 2021, with an innovative data-driven supply chain and a significant sustainability focus. Mid-term, we have great ambitions to grow into a leading food organisation in Italy, impeccably delivering tailored everyday eating options our customers are excited about.

Our Product Operations Lead will be a driven, communicative leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills who is excited to contribute to HelloFresh Italy’s growth story.

The objective is clear: creating the best weekly menus our Italian customers will want to order every week, and have a true impact on our Product in a country with one of the strongest food cultures in the world

What you’ll do
- Lead the Product Operations team across its five main pillars in order to create optimal menus tailored to the preferences of our Italian customer base: Culinary Development, Menu Planning, Editorial, Analytics & Research and Product Innovation,
- Coordinate Consumer Research pieces, data deep-dives and market trends analyses to steer Product strategy and continuous improvement roadmap,
- Track Product performance against set OKRs, while owning roadmaps building and execution, budgeting and processes,
- Build, lead, and develop a team of high-potential Product & Analytics team members in an ever-changing and performance-driven culture,
- Collaborate with a variety of teams in Milan and Berlin HQ, including Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Global Product Ops or Tech, to contribute to a holistic and sustainable Product-Market Fit strategy execution.

What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience within product management, consulting, strategy, data analytics or business development,
- Passionate and supportive people leader with 4+ years' experience managing teams,
- You have strong analytical skills, you are comfortable working with datasets and able to summarize quantitative concepts in a digestible format (including strong command of Excel),
- You have excellent project management skills, including a history of successful business transformation projects,
- You have an excellent ability to influence stakeholders, to work transversally and autonomously,
- You have an ability to identify high-impact initiatives, manage priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
- Naturally curious, with a strong dose of critical thinking and a hands-on mentality
- English proficiency is a must.
