At HARTMANN, we place great importance on the continuous development of our employees. As a Specialist Learning, you will be responsible for managing our learning solutions and lead the adoption of innovative learning technologies.

**Your area of responsibility**:

- Take charge of the administration of our learning solutions, such as LMS, LXP, and digital authoring tools, to maintain seamless operations.
- Automize and optimize various learning management & learning experience processes.
- Assume the responsibility of being a key user at both global and regional levels, providing support, training, and fostering engagement with our learning ecosystem.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art training programs and offer continuous assistance to users.
- Promote user adoption and engagement, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Interact with IT and other teams to ensure a consistent integration of our learning solutions with current systems.
- Build and sustain connections with learning solution providers, guaranteeing ongoing enhancement.

**What we look for**:

- Solid comprehension of learning technology standards and learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of learning technology standards, such as SCORM, xAPI, AICC and learning management systems
- Demonstrated ability to automate and optimize learning management processes.
- Superb training and facilitation expertise, whether in-person or virtual.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Impressive project management expertise and exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- The ability to speak English fluently is a requirement, and having knowledge of German would be beneficial.
