Neben Privatkund:innen betreuen wir namhafte Kund:innen aus Industrie, Dienstleistung und der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Unser Team kümmert sich um alle Themen rund um IP-basierte Netze, Internetzugänge und deren Sicherheit - vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur Störungsbehebung - und garantiert somit, dass die Netze sicher funktionieren.**

**Darum geht es konkret**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Planung und Betreuung unserer Geschäftskundenlösungen, die Internet-, Standortvernetzungs-, Sprachdienst
- und Rechenzentrumsprodukte umfassen; hierbei nutzt du unsere Produktmodule und -bausteine
- Unsere Kolleg:innen aus dem Vertrieb unterstützt du bei der Planung und Kundenberatung im Presale
- Um für unsere Kund:innen die bestmögliche Gesamtlösung zu bieten, übernimmst du die Projekt
- oder Teilprojektleitung im Service Delivery; dabei koordinierst du unsere Fachteams und Spezialist:innen Du unterstützt das Network Operations Center (NOC) beim Monitoring, proaktiven Management und in der Incidentbearbeitung unserer Konzepte und Lösungen, dazu engagierst du dich auch in der Rufbereitschaft

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- Du bringst ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik o. ä. bzw. eine vergleichbare Weiterqualifizierung (bspw. IT-Projektmanagement) mit und hast bereits Erfahrung mit großen Datennetzen gesammelt - idealerweise bei einem Internet-Service-Provider, größeren Unternehmen oder als Netzwerkconsultant (m/w/d)
- Du hast Erfahrung damit, einzelne Produkte zu einer technischen Gesamtlösung zusammenzuführen; dazu wirkst du auch bei der Angebotslegung und der Erstellung, Ergänzung sowie Prüfung von Plänen und Kalkulationen mit
- Teamarbeit hat für dich oberste Priorität und du bringst deine positive Energie für das gemeinsame Ziel ein
- Mit Expertise in Routing, Switching und Security bist du ein echter Profi auf deinem Gebiet und dein Wissen erstreckt sich nicht nur über die Produkte von Cisco, sondern idealerweise auch über die von Check Point
- Was hinter Netzwerkbegriffen wie BGP, MPLS, IPv4, IPv6 oder VoIP steckt, ist für dich kein Geheimnis - du kennst dich aus und bringst dieses Wissen aktiv in Projekte ein, überzeugst Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen und vermittelst technische Inhalte verständlich an Laien
