HR Business Partner for Green Industrial Power

Do you consider yourself an HR professional and know what it means to provide HR operational and consulting services for the business division Green Industrial Power (GIP)? This division delivers leading semiconductor solutions to empower a world of unlimited GREEN energy. In this role you provide HR services as Talent Management, People Development and Leadership Excellence. You act as main contact for all relevant HR topics and drive culture-, strategy
- and process topics. This position will be filled in part-time with a workload of 20 hours per week.

In your new role you will:

- **Work side-by-side with managers **to coach them in people matters and adapt and deploy **people strategy **to the needs of **local business functions **for Green Industrial Power (GIP), one of Infineon's divisions
- **Provide guidance **on transactional HR topics
- Advise managers and employees on **people development **(e.g. implement and facilitate the HR cycle; leadership development, career development etc.)
- **Facilitate feedback sessions **, e.g. leadership dialog
- Handling difficult issues in compliance and employee relations
- Support managers in developing their leadership teams
- **Owns the governance for HR topics **, e.g. grading, compensation decisions, diversity & inclusion

As HR Business Partner you listen closely to your internal customers and engage with them actively about their future needs. Thereby, you easily cooperate across boundaries with all relevant stakeholders and build sustainable relationships across the globe while being aware of cultural differences. In addition, you think and act solution oriented, enjoy taking over challenging topics and always remain in the driver seat of tasks even during busy times.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Administration, **Economics, Psychology **or related fields
- At least **1 to 3 years’ working experience in HR Business Partner roles **in an international working environment
- Experience in providing both **operational and strategic HR topics **within a **matrix organization in an international context**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills **including **strong presentation skills**:

- **Strong business and HR acumen **, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
- A strong **intercultural mindset **, ideally with international experience or background
- Excellent **English **and **German **communication skills
