- Novocure ist ein weltweit tätiges Onkologie-Unternehmen mit dem Ziel, durch die Entwicklung und Vermarktung seiner innovativen Therapie Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), das Leben von Patienten mit einigen der aggressivsten Formen von Krebs zu verlängern. Die kommerziell verfügbaren Produkte von Novocure sind für die Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit Glioblastom und malignem Pleuramesotheliom zugelassen. Novocure verfügt über laufende oder abgeschlossene klinische Studien, in denen die Anwendung der TTFields bei Hirnmetastasen, nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs, Pankreaskrebs, Eierstockkrebs, Leberkrebs und Magenkrebs untersucht wird bzw. wurde.

Novocure unterhält seinen Hauptsitz in Jersey (Großbritannien) und betreibt in den USA Standorte in Portsmouth (New Hampshire), Malvern (Pennsylvania) und New York City (New York). Darüber hinaus unterhält das Unternehmen Niederlassungen in Deutschland, der Schweiz, Japan und Israel.

**Head of Marketing, CNS Oncology DACH (m/w/d)**

In dieser spannenden wie gleichfalls herausfordernden Position, arbeiten Sie darauf hin, dass Novocure’s innovative Optune Therapie im Indikationsgebiet Glioblastom in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz allen potentiellen Patienten und HCPs angeboten und erklärt wird. Dabei arbeiten Sie in dieser Position sowohl strategisch wie auch Hands-on an der Planung, Führung und Umsetzung von Marketing Projekten.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung von Marketing Projekten und Kampagnen (Online und Offline) mit dem Ziel die Bedürfnisse von Health Care Professionals, Patienten und deren Betreuungspersonen zu decken.
- Sie übernehmen die Marketing Planung für die DACH Region und definieren die taktische Ausrichtung und Budgetplanung um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen.
- Werden Sie Teil unseres lokalen Marketing-Teams und tragen zur Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marketingmassnahmen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und des Marktanteils von Optune im Indikationsgebiet Glioblastom.
- Sie identifizieren Bedürfnisse von HCPs und entwickeln entsprechende Tools zur Förderung der Akzeptanz von Tumor Treating Fields in der Neuroonkologie in Deutschland.
- Sie bringen Kreativität, Innovationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit auch unkonventionelle Lösungen für Probleme in einer komplexen Unternehmens
- und Marktlandschaft zu finden mit.
- Mit externen PR-Agenturen arbeiten Sie zielgerichtet, effizient und auf Augenhöhe.
- Ihre Führungsfähigkeiten können Sie im Mentoring und Management von Teilen des lokalen Marketingteams unter beweis stellen.

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing für Medical Devices oder Pharma auf operativem Level.
- Erfahrung in der Onkologie, Neuroonkologie oder Neurochirurgie.
- Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Produkte und Anpassung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategien ein einem dynamischen, Umfeld in einem wachsenden Unternehmen über den gesamten Product-Lifecycle.
- Sie konnten bereits Führungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit in crossfunktionalen Teams Erfolgreich zu arbeiten unter Beweis stellen. Zudem sind Sie in der Lage zeitkritische Projekte und entsprechenden Change und Deadlines zu managen.
- Verbesserungs
- und Optimierungspotential erkennen Sie selbstständig und entwickeln innovative Lösungen.
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 20%
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch und/oder andere europäische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
