- und Kundenforschung auf internationaler Basis sowie Innovationszentren und Produktionsstätten in allen Weltregionen.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie berichten an den Geschäftsführer der Vileda GmbH, sind Mitglied des deutschen Managementteams und leiten das SCM-Team sowie unser Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
- Ein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Steigerung der Effizienz innerhalb unserer Supply Chain, mit einem starken Fokus auf Logistik als Hauptverhandlungspartner gegenüber Third Party Logistics Partnern (3PL).
- Verwaltung und Überwachung unseres Bestandsmanagements über SCM KPIs
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Supply-Chain-Zyklus von der Bestellung der prognostizierten Mengen bis zur pünktlichen Lieferung an unser Kundenlager
- Leitung von Projekten zur Senkung der Gesamtkosten der Lieferkette und zur Verbesserung der Serviceleistung
- Fokussierung und Umsetzung eines starken Vertriebs
- und Betriebsplanungsprozesses

Ihr Profil
- Diplom-, Master
- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Logistik
- / SCM-Abteilung sowie Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Sie sind in der Lage, gute Arbeitsbeziehungen innerhalb des Unternehmens aufzubauen und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen es Ihnen, in unseren interkulturellen und internationalen Teams reibungslos zu arbeiten.
- Sie haben Spaß an Ihrer Arbeit und sind mit Ihrer Hands-on-Mentalität und Ihrem "Can do"-Ansatz ein Vorbild für Ihr Team.
